In 2021, Palmetto launched a direct-to-consumer solar purchase flow. We needed sales, purchase, and onboarding content that could guide curious visitors into becoming confident customers.

CHALLENGE //

  • Our low-cost model relied on a digital experience, but replacing human touchpoints escalated the need for trust.

  • As of June 2024, the videos surpassed 13,000 views on YouTube and Vimeo combined.

  • They continue to generate leads, educate new customers, and support fulfillment rates for the company.

For visuals, we mapped technological innovations along a historical timeline, illustrating both an evolutionary interdependence and a mounting need for prudence as innovation continues to accelerate.
